In mac lab our project is to design and create an artist book using images that interest us. It is free choice of how we present it and how we construct a book. We had a workshop class to make a simple book out of two sheets of cardboard and a laminate contact joining them together as the cover. The book is black with 12cm x 16cm in dimension.
I have decided to do "Self Image" as my topic for my book, I have taken photos of my self from different angles with different tones and light. I want to show how you can see different angles of my personality using photography. The photos are meant to show emotion and are photos that I have edited to look more dramatic. I chose these photos as i think each one has a strange but different look to them. I took most of the photos based on a water theme as I thought it was interesting seeing water captured in movement.
