My subject for photography in 2007 was water with the use of people. I decided to take 3 shots of head close ups of family members including my brother, my mum and myself as we have similar features. All the shots were taken just after showering so we all had dripping hair. I wanted a straight on, direct stare into the camera with the hair draped over the right side of our faces and all in black and white so it matched. Viewed closer you can see the drips coming off the hair stands.Each image was printed onto transfer paper then ironed onto calico fabric. I stretched the each photo fabric over a canvas to create "Wet Canvases."
